👜 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times depend on your location:
Germany: 2–4 business days
Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania: 3–6 business days
Other EU countries: 4–7 business days
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union (EU) to ensure fast and reliable service.

When your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link and number.

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
Unused
Undamaged
In its original packaging
Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide the proper return instructions.
❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@gotylo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
